Tilly Catlin

Tilly has been with the Oho Group for four and half years and in that time has led the Embedded/C++ team, joined the management team, and progressed to the role of Managing Consultant. She has established a client base in the UK, primarily in the Cambridge and London regions, and is currently expanding throughout Europe. She has experience working for multinational businesses as well as start-ups. In addition, she oversees the company's learning and development division and is passionate about developing the best training programme possible for all employees.

Tilly is dedicated to supporting Women in Tech by actively attending various events throughout the year, contributing to the ongoing push for increased female representation in the tech industry.

Prior to joining the Oho Group, Tilly won a three silver medals at the European Championships whilst representing GB Under 21’s. But these days, you may find her beside the river with a glass of rosé.
