Senior DSP Engineer for market leader in Wireless Communications - Cambridge

A DSP engineer with expertise of programming in embedded C / C++ and signal processing is required urgently for this fantastic company in the wireless industry. You will be involved with the DSP software implementation and integration of audio and codec algorithms, so solid experience of this will be essential. You will be a DSP Engineer, familiar with the scripting languages Perl and Python and with a background in wireless communications to take on this senior role for this exciting market leader.

Desired skills:
- Knowledge of embedded C
- Developing in embedded C and/or embedded C++
- Experience of working on Real Time Operating Systems
- Development experience using scripting languages such as Perl or Python
- Exposure to DSP Algorithms and ability to design algorithms
- Familiarity with Matlab would be ideal
- Familiarity with wireless communications protocols such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS
- Degree in Maths / Science/ Computer Science (or equivalent)

Up to 54k, experience dependent
