Lead Data Platform Engineer - First Critical Hire
Join an early-stage start-up backed by a highly experienced team and ambitious growth plans, set to double in size in the coming months following a significant multi-million pound funding round.
This is a key hire, their first data platform engineer, where you’ll take ownership of the technical direction and build the cloud/infrastructure function from the ground up.
We're looking for deep technical expertise across multiple cloud platforms, capable of confidently selecting the right tools and technologies. A track record of delivering technically complex, innovative projects will be a significant advantage.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
- Strong experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Powershell)
- Knowledge of CI/CD
