AI Engineer - Fully Remote - B2B SaaS Start-Up
A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is seeking a senior, generalist AI engineer to build secure, production-grade systems using ASR, diarisation, and LLMs. You’ll own features end-to-end -from frontend and backend to AI pipelines and cloud infrastructure - and help operate real systems used by regulated financial institutions.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who thrive on complexity, care about quality, and want real ownership in a small, high-trust team.
Ideally You Will Have:
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Strong Python engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production systems
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, speech-to-text, or NLP (bonus: video/audio experience)
- Comfort working across frontend, backend, AI integration, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven ability to own features independently, from design through deployment and testing
- Curiosity and willingness to learn complex, security- or compliance-sensitive domains
