Our history

Rewind to 2007, to a storage facility in Battersea, from humble beginnings The Oho Group grew quickly. Within a year we had knocked through the wall to take the unit next door and in year 2 we took down the other wall to grow further. Now with offices in Victoria and Edinburgh we are a new breed of tech recruiter with a casual atmosphere and serious ambition.

Roger Wilkinson, the founder, continues to inject his own unique vision for what a recruitment business should be and how it should operate.  In 2015 he was rewarded as a finalist in the coveted Recruitment Awards: Most inspirational leader. Since then he has gone onto cement his and Oho Group's reputation. most recently by establishing the Recruitment Fight Night

Giving Something Back

As a values-led company we are passionate about sharing our successes and engaging with people along the way.

We set up Recruitment Fight Night to create some positivity in industry, to raise some money for charity and to have some fun along the way.
