We’re partnered with a fast-growing IoT tech innovator in Cambridge, who rarely hire at this senior level. They are expanding globally and are looking to bring in experienced Radio Frequency (RF) Engineers to work on one of the most innovative IoT products on the market.

What you will do:
- Create and refine RF hardware for critical communications devices, supporting the full lifecycle from initial concept through to verification.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to embed RF designs into larger platforms and ensure they meet performance and compliance standards.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated practical experience designing RF circuits at board and component level.
- Solid experience working within wireless or communications technologies (such as LTE, GSM, or TETRA).
- Familiarity with RF modelling software (e.g. ADS, CST), alongside hands-on testing in laboratory environments.
- Proven track record of incorporating RF designs into larger, multi-disciplinary systems.
- Academic background in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field, combined with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
