We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company building a modern compensation intelligence platform used by fast-growing and enterprise organisations globally. The product sits at the intersection of data, finance, and people — and the engineering challenges are genuinely non-trivial.
They’re looking for experienced TypeScript engineers who want more than just a “senior title” — this is a role for someone who wants ownership, influence, and a clear path to Staff / Lead responsibilities as the company scales.
What you’ll be doing

Building and owning core product features end-to-end using TypeScript

Designing scalable, maintainable systems in a high-growth environment

Working across the stack (primarily backend, with frontend exposure if desired)

Collaborating closely with product and leadership on technical direction

Mentoring junior engineers and raising the bar for code quality and best practice

Taking increasing responsibility for architecture, delivery, and decision-making
