We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building a market-defining compensation intelligence platform used by some of the most ambitious businesses globally. The product is data-heavy, mission-critical, and scaling quickly — which means the engineering challenges are both complex and high-impact.
They’re hiring a Lead Software Engineer to take ownership of major parts of the platform and play a key role in shaping technical direction, engineering standards, and team growth.
This is a role for someone who wants to be hands-on, technically credible, and influential — not a people manager detached from the codebase.
What you’ll be doing

Owning the technical direction of core systems and major initiatives

Leading the design and delivery of scalable, production-grade TypeScript systems

Acting as a technical decision-maker and escalation point across the team

Mentoring and supporting senior and mid-level engineers

Driving best practices around architecture, testing, and code quality

Working closely with product and leadership to align technical strategy with business goals
