Founding Engineer – AI Voice Startup
On-site (5 days/week) | Series A | World-Class Team
We’re partnering with a category-defining AI voice startup that has just raised a strong Series A from top-tier investors. The company is building core infrastructure and product in the AI voice space, with real traction and ambitious plans to scale fast.
They’re now looking for Founding Engineers to join the core team and help shape both the product and the company from an early stage.
The Opportunity
As a Founding Engineer, you’ll work directly with the founders and senior leadership to:

Design and build core AI voice products from the ground up

Take ownership of critical systems end-to-end

Ship production-grade LLM-powered features used by real customers

Make foundational technical and product decisions that will last years

Operate with startup-level speed, responsibility, and ambiguity
This is a hands-on role for engineers who want genuine influence and aren’t afraid of ownership.
Tech Stack

Python and/or TypeScript
-
LLM-based systems (prompting, orchestration, evaluation, deployment)

Modern cloud-native infrastructure

Real-time / voice / AI-adjacent systems (experience here is a plus, not a must)

Highly experienced engineers, ideally ex-founding engineers or ex-founders

Proven track record of building and shipping LLM-based products in production

Strong system design skills and sound engineering judgement
