Founding Engineer – Security Platform (Seed-Stage Startup)
We’re a fast-moving early-stage company building a new kind of security platform to help modern organisations detect and respond to threats across cloud and enterprise environments.
Although we’re at the beginning of our journey, we already have forward-thinking customers using our product and a reputation for delivering high-quality features quickly.
We’re now looking for exceptional engineers to join as part of the founding team.

What you’ll do
- Design, build, and ship impactful features across the stack.
- Work directly with founders, teammates, and customers to shape solutions.
- Contribute to a modern engineering culture — infrastructure-as-code, continuous delivery, and scalable design.
- Move fast and deploy frequently — we optimise for customer value, not bureaucracy.
- Collaborate with the team primarily in-person at our central office.
Who you are
- You care about building reliable, high-quality software — but you know when to prioritise speed.
- You’ve shipped software in demanding environments or at scale.
- You have experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- You thrive in the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup and enjoy taking ownership.
- You’re motivated by getting features into users’ hands quickly — and having fun along the way.
