We are looking for 2 ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our team.

You will ideally have some prior sales experience in some form or a willingness to learn. You will be able to demonstrate out performing your peers in career progression, sporting achievement or academic excellence. You will have some experience which shows that you are target motivated, and are always looking for areas where you can level-up.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to:
- Build relationships with cutting-edge technology companies
- Identify, engage, and place highly skilled tech professionals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (business development, candidate sourcing, and deal closing)
- Work to clear targets with uncapped earning potential

- Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, sport, or other target-driven environments
- Evidence of achievement (academic, professional, or extracurricular)

- The ability to work well independently and as part of a close-knit team
Education:

Degree-level education preferred (2:1 or above in any discipline).
