What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality systems in production
- Expertise in deploying and scaling LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
- Strong software development skills, with fluency in Python and experience with modern ML/AI frameworks
- Ability to design clean, maintainable systems and write production-grade code
- Experience building AI-powered products end-to-end, from research prototyping to productionisation
- A product-driven mindset-you focus on solving problems and delivering impact, not just building models
- Collaborative and adaptable, with experience in fast-moving technical environments
