- 3+ years’ experience in quality engineering within an automotive or electronics environment.
- Strong experience in quality management with electronics or electrical systems.
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys) and quality systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
