Founding Engineer | Climate Tech
An early-stage technology start-up is looking for a Founding Engineer to join its small, ambitious team.
You’ll be one of the earliest technical hires, working closely with the founders and taking real ownership across the product, architecture and engineering direction.
The Role
- Build and scale the core platform from the ground up
- Work across backend, systems and AI
- Make key technical and architectural decisions
- Work closely with customers and turn ideas into products
- Help shape the future engineering team
About You
- Strong backend or full stack engineering background
- Experience building production systems
- Exposure to AI, LLMs or data-heavy products is a plus
- High agency, commercially minded and comfortable with ambiguity
- Enjoy working in an early-stage environment with lots of ownership
