Product Designer (Graduate / Junior) | Climate Tech Scale-Up | Remote (UK)
A fast-growing Climate Tech scale-up is looking for a bright, ambitious Product Designer to help shape the next generation of products tackling real-world sustainability challenges.
This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer to join a collaborative, mission-driven team where you'll work directly with customers, influence product decisions, and develop rapidly alongside experienced colleagues.
About the Role
- Design intuitive user experiences and polished interfaces using Figma
- Run user interviews and research sessions to understand customer needs
- Turn ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver impactful features
- Help build products that solve complex challenges with real-world impact
About You
- Graduate to 3+ years' experience in Product, UX, or UI Design
- Excellent academic background, ideally from a leading university
- Strong Figma skills with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design work
- Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with users and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, curious, and excited by the pace of a scaling startup
- Experience designing B2B products or enterprise software is a plus
