The company is applying AI to civil and environmental engineering, with the ambition to modernise how complex engineering work is carried out. It's an opportunity to work on technically challenging problems in an industry with huge potential for AI adoption.
You'll be joining as the third technical hire, working directly with the founders and taking ownership across architecture, development and product direction. They're looking for someone who enjoys building from scratch, thrives in an early-stage environment and wants to have a genuine say in how a company develops.
The business has seen strong early market interest and recently secured a significantly oversubscribed pre-seed fundraise. With commercial opportunities developing and plans for international expansion, this is an exciting point to come on board.
About you
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience

Language agnostic and comfortable working across modern technologies

Building and developing AI-powered software from the ground up

Designing and implementing agentic systems using modern AI technologies

Taking ownership of technical architecture and key engineering decisions
