An early-stage technology company developing advanced hardware solutions is seeking a commercially minded Operations Manager to work closely with the founders, lead cross-functional execution and build the processes needed to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business priorities into actionable plans, timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional projects across engineering, commercial and operations.
- Develop scalable processes, reporting and operational systems.
- Manage deadlines, budgets and resources, proactively resolving risks and bottlenecks.
- Drive operational efficiency, accountability and alignment across teams.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and support strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in operations, business operations or project management.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up or fast-paced business environment.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a track record of delivering results.
- Degree-level education and an interest in technology-driven businesses.
Experience in hardware, engineering or advanced manufacturing is advantageous
