Head of Data | Hybrid | Fast-Growing Start-Up
Head of Data required to build and lead the data function at a fast-growing start-up in London. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who still loves getting deep into the work — designing models, building pipelines, shipping experiments, and turning messy data into decisions that shape the business.
You’ll work directly with founders, product, engineering, and commercial teams to define the company’s data strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to execute it.
About You:
- 10+ years of professional Data Science experience
- 3+ years experience building and scaling data science teams
- Hands-on technical leader who still enjoys coding and solving problems
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into business impact
