We are looking for an experienced RF Electronics Test Lead to lead the testing and verification of complex RF and electronic products.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining strong RF engineering expertise with responsibility for test strategy, fault investigation and continuous improvement of test processes. You will ensure products meet performance, quality and reliability requirements throughout development and into production.
Working closely with hardware, firmware, systems and manufacturing teams, you will drive effective test practices and support the resolution of complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities

Lead RF and electronics test activities, including verification, validation and regression testing.

Define test strategies, plans and procedures to ensure comprehensive product coverage.

Support and guide engineers in RF testing, debugging and fault investigation.

Oversee the use and development of automated test solutions.

Analyse test results, lead root-cause investigations and drive corrective actions.

Work collaboratively with design, systems, quality and manufacturing teams.

Improve test processes, equipment capability and overall test efficiency.
What We’re Looking For

A degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline.

Strong practical experience in RF electronics testing and verification.

Experience leading technical test activities or mentoring engineers.

Familiarity with RF laboratory equipment, including spectrum analysers, signal generators and network analysers.

Knowledge of wireless communications technologies and RF performance measurements.

Experience with automated testing and Python would be an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
