Head of Data and AI | FinTech | Hybrid
Head Data and AI needed for an established yet agile financial services company based in London. This is an opportunity for an experienced Data and AI Leader from a regulated background, who will be able to take ownership over AI strategy and data foundations, driving AI adoption within the company in order to drive business impact.
With a strong focus on AI implementation, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience in transforming the workflows in regulated industries by scaling AI and through strong leadership ability.
You have:
- Proven experience as a Head of Data within regulated industries.
- 6+ years experience with Data, Analytics and AI.
- A proven record of scaling and developing AI systems or project to improve internal processes.
- A strong technical base on both the data side and within AI engineering.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the implementation and adoption of AI functions within the company.
- Drive AI enablement through training and internal tools.
- Lead and develop an analytics team while collaborating with engineering, compliance and senior stakeholders
- Own and improve the companies wider data sets.
