The Role
- Design and build scalable batch and real-time data pipelines
- Own the architecture for modern data platforms supporting AI workloads
- Develop robust data models, storage solutions, and processing frameworks
- Partner closely with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Define engineering standards and help build the future data engineering function
About You
- Strong commercial experience in Data Engineering with expert Python skills
- Proven experience building scalable data platforms and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Spark, Airflow, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data infrastructure
- Exposure to vector databases, machine learning platforms, or AI-powered products is highly desirable
- Startup mindset with a passion for ownership, autonomy, and solving complex technical challenges
