The Role
As a Senior Python Engineer, you’ll help design and scale the data infrastructure behind large-volume financial platforms, building reliable services and improving the way data moves across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Build scalable backend services in Python
- Develop data pipelines and platform integrations
- Improve performance across cloud-based infrastructure
- Work with product and engineering teams on core systems
- Help shape technical direction across data platforms
What They’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong commercial experience with Python
- Excellent SQL and data engineering fundamentals
- Experience with Snowflake, or Databricks
- Cloud experience - AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of scalable systems
- Clear communication and strong technical ownership
Desirable:
- Linux environments
- CI/CD and automation tooling
- Financial or high-volume data experience
