C++ Software Engineer — Germany

We’re looking for exceptional C++ engineers in Germany to work on software where performance, algorithms and engineering quality actually matter.

This is not a typical corporate development role.

You’ll work on challenging problems, make your own technical decisions, and have the freedom to spend the time needed to build the right solution.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop complex C++ software

• Solve challenging algorithmic and engineering problems

• Work with algorithms, data structures, performance and architecture

• Debug problems where the obvious solution isn't necessarily the right one

• Own features from idea through to implementation

• Continuously improve the quality and performance of the software

What we're looking for

• Strong C++ skills

• Excellent problem-solving ability

• Strong computer science fundamentals

• Experience building non-trivial software

• A genuine interest in understanding how things work

• The ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions

We care about ability more than years of experience.

You might be a senior C++ engineer with years of experience, or an early-career developer who is exceptionally talented. If you're technically strong and enjoy difficult problems, we want to hear from you.
