C++ Software Engineer — Poland

Exceptional C++ engineers wanted.

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international software company for an exceptional C++ engineer based in Poland.

This is a technically demanding role for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, working independently and building software where algorithms, performance and engineering quality genuinely matter.

What you'll do

• Design and develop complex C++ software

• Solve challenging algorithmic and engineering problems

• Work with algorithms, data structures, performance and architecture

• Debug difficult problems and find elegant solutions

• Own features from idea through to implementation

• Continuously improve the quality and performance of the software

What we're looking for

• Strong C++ skills

• Excellent problem-solving ability

• Strong computer science fundamentals

• Experience building non-trivial software

• Curiosity and a desire to understand problems deeply

• The ability to work independently

We care more about ability than years of experience.

You could be an experienced C++ engineer or an early-career developer with exceptional ability. If you're technically excellent and enjoy solving difficult problems, we want to hear from you.
