They're looking for an exceptional Founding Engineer to join at a pivotal stage, working alongside a world class team to build the technology that will underpin this growth.
This is an opportunity to get in early, take ownership of genuinely challenging engineering problems and help build products and systems with enormous commercial potential. You'll have the freedom to build, the responsibility to make decisions and the opportunity to create something extraordinary.
What you'll be doing
- Take ideas from concept to production, solving meaningful commercial problems.
- Rebuild established systems and develop entirely new products from scratch.
- Develop intelligent, agentic workflows that automate complex processes.
- Build scalable technology and reusable systems that can be deployed across multiple businesses.
- Work across the stack, make technical decisions and take ownership of delivery.
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for exceptional engineers with evidence of outstanding ability. You should meet at least one of the following:
- Outstanding academic background: Exceptional academic performance at Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial or an equivalent leading institution.
- Entrepreneurial track record: Founded your own company and built a product or business generating six figures or more in revenue.
- Early-stage startup experience: Joined an ambitious startup early and played a meaningful role in scaling the business to six-figure revenue and beyond.
- Exceptional technical ability: Demonstrated outstanding achievement through technical competitions, extracurricular projects or experience at a leading technology company.
Your track record matters more than your years of experience. We're looking for practical builders who consistently find a way to get things done.
