A leading technology business is looking for an experienced Test Team Lead to lead a specialist engineering team responsible for the verification, testing and automation of complex electronic products.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical responsibility, people management and engineering delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of electronics and test engineers.

Define verification strategies, test plans and coverage.

Drive the development of automated test solutions using Python.

Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis.

Oversee verification, validation, characterisation and regression testing.

Manage resources, priorities and technical risks.

Work closely with Design, Systems, Manufacturing and Quality teams.

Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring.
About You

Experience leading technical engineering teams.

Strong electronics and/or RF test and verification experience.

Experience developing automated test solutions using Python.

Familiarity with industry-standard electronic and RF test equipment.

Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
