Electronics Test Team Lead

A leading technology business is looking for an experienced Test Team Lead to lead a specialist engineering team responsible for the verification, testing and automation of complex electronic products.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical responsibility, people management and engineering delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of electronics and test engineers.
- Define verification strategies, test plans and coverage.
- Drive the development of automated test solutions using Python.
- Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Oversee verification, validation, characterisation and regression testing.
- Manage resources, priorities and technical risks.
- Work closely with Design, Systems, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring.
About You
- Experience leading technical engineering teams.
- Strong electronics and/or RF test and verification experience.
- Experience developing automated test solutions using Python.
- Familiarity with industry-standard electronic and RF test equipment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
