Founding Engineer required to join an exceptionally promising, heavily backed Applied AI Lab operating in stealth, applying frontier AI to some of the most challenging problems in the real world.
Founded by entrepreneurs who have already built and exited a unicorn, with backing from some of the world's leading VCs, this is an opportunity to join a world-class founding team with exceptionally high technical ambitions.
The search is for an outstanding engineer who combines exceptional technical ability, strong product instincts and the drive to build something extraordinary.
You are:
- 2+ years of professional Software Engineering experience, with evidence of exceptional technical ability
- An engineer who has built and shipped impressive products end-to-end, rather than simply contributed to them
- Highly product-minded, with the judgement to decide what should be built, not just how to build it
- Someone who thrives on difficult, ambiguous problems and can independently take ideas from concept to production
- Exceptionally driven, resourceful and comfortable moving at the pace of an ambitious founding team
- Genuinely excited by Frontier AI, Applied AI and solving complex real-world problems
Bonus points:
- Experience at an AI start-up or Applied AI Lab
- Ex-Founder or Founding Engineer, or an exceptional track record of building independently
